Marketing & Communications Coordinator - FTC (6 months)

We are working with an exciting international law firm looking for a Marketing and Communications coordinator to join the firm on a 6-month contract.

The Role

In this role, you will support the Public Relations and Marketing & Content Strategy teams. Working with lawyers, you will coordinate in Business Development (BD).

  • Assist in developing content for various channels, including press releases, media briefing notes, social media/website posts, and thought leadership publications.
  • Manage projects across business development, marketing, and communications teams, ensuring proper planning, organization, and execution of deliverables.
  • Coordinate interviews between journalists and lawyers.
  • Monitor and report media mentions, update trackers, and contribute to media coverage summaries.
  • Oversee workflow processes, monitor deadlines, and organize participation in award ceremonies.
The Ideal Candidate
