Confidential is seeking a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator in Harborne, Birmingham. The role blends property marketing, social media, content creation and client service to support the growing estate agency.

You will plan campaigns, craft property descriptions, manage enquiries and coordinate communications while learning our CRM and floorplan tools. A proactive, organized candidate who can handle multiple priorities will fit well.

Qualifications

• Experience in property marketing or estate agency is preferred but not required.
• Ability to plan social media content and write blogs.
• Experience with content creation and direct-mail campaigns would help.

Job Title: Marketing & Client Services Coordinator

Location: Harborne, Birmingham

Basic Salary: £26,000 + Bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

We're working with a growing independent estate agency looking for a Marketing & Client Services Coordinator to join their team.

This is a varied and exciting role combining property marketing, social media, content creation and client service.

The Role

You’ll be involved in a wide range of activities, including:

• Preparing new properties for market, including property descriptions and floorplans
• Planning and creating social media content
• Writing blogs and local property content
• Coordinating direct-mail marketing campaigns
• Creating and repurposing video and property content
• Handling new enquiries and supporting existing clients
• Booking appointments and coordinating communication
• Bringing new ideas to improve the company's marketing and processes
• Managing multiple tasks, projects and deadlines
