Job Description:
RMS is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Integrated Campaigns Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, create demand, and generate tangible business pipeline.
Reporting to the CMO, this senior role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to be very hands-on. The successful candidate will need to understand our target audience and their buying journey, develop campaign strategies, craft compelling narratives, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver excellent creative and operational results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate high-level business goals into comprehensive, multi-channel campaign programs, overseeing execution across channels.
- Own and create full-funnel demand campaigns to support brand awareness, demand generation, and lead acquisition globally.
- Develop and manage the campaign calendar in collaboration with Content, Field, Social Media, and Product Marketing teams.
- Work with digital agencies to select appropriate channels, audiences, and content strategies.
- Coordinate with creative teams, paid media, product marketing, sales, external agencies, and leadership to define objectives, messaging, and oversee campaign execution.
- Support local brand-building initiatives with the field marketing team.
- Establish and maintain an always-on demand generation engine fueled by an evergreen content strategy.
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate campaign success and optimize performance through data-driven adjustments.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to assess outcomes, derive learnings, and improve future campaigns.
- Report campaign impact on marketing and business KPIs to leadership.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and forecast accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to incorporate innovative tactics.
- Introduce creative approaches and new tools to enhance engagement and performance.
- Initiate and lead a webinar program to nurture leads and customers, aiming for one global webinar per month.
- Repurpose webinar content across channels such as blogs, podcasts, emails, and ebooks.
- Create a lifecycle nurturing program using various channels like emails, small events, and virtual events.
- Lead the development of intent-driven demand campaigns using tools like 6sense or Demandbase.
- Own campaign performance and reporting to the CMO and CRO.
- Develop a comprehensive full-funnel reporting framework to forecast pipeline and closed opportunities by market.
- Monitor and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI, managing lead acquisition via PPC campaigns with agency support.
- Launch at least five new channels, including LinkedIn and retargeting, within six months with measurable success.
- Ensure all campaign strategies are well documented and aligned with target markets.
- Research publications and networking groups to increase visibility and traffic to the website.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign marketing with proven success in high-impact campaigns.
- Creative storytelling skills and a strong understanding of brand messaging.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of earned, paid, and owned media channels and their roles in integrated campaigns.
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with effective internal and external communication skills.
- Adaptable and agile, thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in SEM, PPC, and LinkedIn advertising.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and intent data software is preferred.
