Job Description:

We seek an experienced Influencer Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee a range of campaigns, manage large projects, handle complex data, and maintain strong influencer and client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate campaign deals, source influencers, and utilize our influencer roster.
• Manage closed campaigns to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with influencers via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email.
• Use creative techniques to engage influencers and find contact details.
• Manage extensive datasets and utilize advanced Excel formulas for analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure delivery of campaign objectives.
• Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing and project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Creative problem-solving and influencer engagement skills.
• Experience with influencer sourcing software is a plus.
• Strong organizational and self-motivation skills for remote work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.
