Job summary

United Media in London is offering a 6-month internship starting in January in the marketing department. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to engage across conference projects and company initiatives.

The role provides real hands-on experience and exposure to multiple teams, while collaborating with the founder and senior colleagues. Office-based, Monday to Friday, near Victoria station; remote work is not offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan the email marketing campaign calendar as part of the overall marketing plan.
• Send and reply to emails to high-level executives, politicians and celebrities.
• Assist with end-to-end email marketing process from briefing copy/creative teams to email creation.
• Be creative in researching ideas/themes and ensure monthly content stays exciting for customers.
• Perform data extraction and analysis, interpreting results for reporting.

About us

United Media focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one. (Insurtech Insights, Presidents Summit, Private Equity Insights, HRtechX, CFO insights, Retail Insights and SetSales). You will be working across all United-media, focusing on an upcoming conference.

Day-to-day you may be:

• You will help plan the email marketing campaign calendar with the overall marketing plan.
• Send and reply to emails to high-level executives, politicians, celebrities and much more.
• Work on the entire email marketing process, from initial planning (briefing the copy and creative teams) to email creation in our email service.
• You will need to be creative in your research of new ideas and themes, as well as collaborate with other teams, to ensure that each month is exciting and relevant for the customer.
• Data analysis; extracting the correct data for analysis, and ability to interpret and relay the data.
