Job summary

CFO insights is offering a 6-month paid internship in its marketing department, starting January, based in London. You’ll contribute to email marketing campaigns, research exciting themes, and interact with senior executives as part of a fast-paced start-up environment.

You will work from the office near Victoria station, with no remote work, and gain hands-on experience across planning, copy, automation, and data-driven decision making, under the founder’s guidance.

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing and startups.
• Ability to plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan the email marketing campaign calendar within the overall marketing plan.
• Send and reply to emails to executives, politicians, celebrities and others.
• Handle the email marketing workflow from briefing copy/creative teams to execution in the email system.
• Be creative in researching new ideas/themes and collaborate with teams to keep content fresh.
• Analyze data, extract insights and relay findings to relevant stakeholders.

About us

United Media focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one. (Insurtech Insights, Presidents Summit, Private Equity Insights, HRtechX, CFO insights, Retail Insights and SetSales). You will be working across all United-media, focusing on an upcoming conference.

Day-to-day you may be:

• You will help plan the email marketing campaign calendar with the overall marketing plan.
• Send and reply to emails to high-level executives, politicians, celebrities and much more.
• Work on the entire email marketing process, from initial planning (briefing the copy and creative teams) to email creation in our email service.
• You will need to be creative in your research of new ideas and themes, as well as collaborate with other teams, to ensure that each month is exciting and relevant for the customer.
• Data analysis; extracting the correct data for analysis, and ability to interpret and relay the data.
