Job summary

United Media offers a six-month internship starting January in its marketing department, based in London near Victoria station. You will contribute to email marketing campaigns, plan calendars, craft outreach to executives, and help manage the end-to-end email process.

You will collaborate with copy and creative teams, research new ideas, analyze data, and gain hands-on operational experience in a fast-growing start-up.

Responsibilities

• Plan the email marketing campaign calendar with the overall marketing plan.
• Send and reply to emails to high-level executives, politicians and celebrities.
• Work on the entire email marketing process, from briefing copy and creative teams to email creation in our email service.
• Be creative in researching new ideas and themes, and collaborate with other teams to keep monthly content exciting and relevant.
• Data analysis; extracting the correct data for analysis, and ability to interpret and relay the data.

About us

United Media focuses on building large scale industry media and conferences products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one. (Insurtech Insights, Presidents Summit, Private Equity Insights, HRtechX, CFO insights, Retail Insights and SetSales). You will be working across all United-media, focusing on an upcoming conference.

Day-to-day you may be:

• You will help plan the email marketing campaign calendar with the overall marketing plan.
• Send and reply to emails to high-level executives, politicians, celebrities and much more.
• Work on the entire email marketing process, from initial planning (briefing the copy and creative teams) to email creation in our email service.
• You will need to be creative in your research of new ideas and themes, as well as collaborate with other teams, to ensure that each month is exciting and relevant for the customer.
• Data analysis; extracting the correct data for analysis, and ability to interpret and relay the data.
