Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a Marketing & BD Coordinator in London to organize, support and implement marketing, business development and communications initiatives in coordination with the Director of Marketing & BD and US marketing teams.

You will manage pitch materials, nominations, events and client communications, while collaborating with multiple teams. A strong writing background and client-facing mindset are essential for success in this role.

Responsabilidades

• Support the marketing, business development and communications initiatives in London.
• Organise and maintain content for pitches, surveys, directories and nominations.
• Create pitch materials, proposals and responses to RFPs; track results.
• Coordinate client events from invitation to follow-up and logistics.
• Collaborate with firm-wide marketing, communications and events teams.
• Provide back-up support and manage multiple projects and requests as needed.
