Job Description:

PwC is seeking a dynamic Marketing Automation Strategy Manager to join their innovative UK Digital Marketing Team. This role offers the opportunity to shape compelling digital experiences across channels while driving the firm's digital marketing strategy. You'll collaborate with diverse teams and top-tier digital agencies, leveraging cutting-edge MarTech tools to enhance personalised client journeys. Your expertise in marketing automation will be pivotal in executing impactful campaigns and upskilling colleagues. If you're passionate about data-driven insights, innovation, and storytelling, this role provides the perfect platform to make a significant commercial impact in a leading professional services firm.


What your days will look like

  1. Design and execute automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like Email Studio and Journey Builder to create personalised customer experiences.

  2. Analyse cross-channel communication journeys to optimise performance and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance effectiveness.

  3. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop automation strategies, manage UAT, QA, and pilot tests, while providing insightful analysis and reporting.

  4. Innovate and improve processes, ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws and industry standards.

  5. Deliver training on best practices to support team development and contribute to achieving annual marketing objectives.

  6. Opportunity for line management and leading strategic initiatives in marketing automation.


This role is for you if

  1. You have proven experience with email marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Certification is a plus.

  2. You possess basic HTML/CSS skills and proficiency in SQL and AMPscript for effective email design and personalisation.

  3. You are experienced in developing and managing customer lifecycle programs to enhance engagement.

  4. You have a strong ability to deliver projects on time and achieve results through cross-functional collaboration.

  5. You have a solid understanding of email marketing legislation and industry best practices.

  6. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to support advising the marketing function and business.
