In this role, you will build, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive user engagement, adoption, and retention for the Ledger Live app (Wallet). You will use your expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms to create personalized and effective communication journeys across various channels. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Ledger within the rapidly expanding world of Web3 and digital assets.

Your missions:

  1. Campaign delivery: Create, manage, analyze, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  2. End-to-end campaign/program build management: Initiate and oversee cross-team collaboration of content creation, design, development, localization, tracking, and delivery of each campaign. Campaigns will be initiated from within the CRM team and across the Ledger organization.
  3. Delivery process optimization: Find ideas and solutions for automating, optimizing, and improving internal processes through routine analysis and actionable insights.
  4. Cross-Functional collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and analytics teams to build and effectively deliver a high volume of campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

  1. 2+ years of CRM / marketing automation experience.
  2. Experience with a Marketing Automation Platform such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot.
  3. Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  4. Exceptional team player — cooperation with the CRM team and other teams at Ledger is essential.
  5. An orientation towards creative marketing and attention to detail.
  6. Demonstrable experience or interest in the crypto industry.
  7. Knowledge of SQL and Liquid Scripting is advantageous.
  8. Experience from a FinTech or trading background is a plus.
