Job Description:

Our client, a global asset manager, is recruiting for a Marketing Automation Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with a hybrid working basis. The role involves leading the transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, optimizing journeys, and boosting lead generation through creative, targeted communications.

Skills/Experience:
  1. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (essential)
  2. Highly competent in HTML and CSS for email design (essential)
  3. Extensive knowledge of current email marketing practices
  4. Familiar with web analytics reporting systems such as Google Analytics
Core Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Marketing Automation strategy across UK & EMEA
  2. Serve as the technical lead for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration
  3. Design and execute targeted email journeys and workflows
  4. Collaborate with regional teams to enhance campaign performance
  5. Build and manage responsive HTML email templates
  6. Implement lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing strategies
  7. Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance standards are met
  8. Provide training and support to promote platform adoption
