Fertifa is seeking a Marketing Associate to join the team at a foundational level. You will execute core marketing tasks and handle administrative workflows to keep the department running smoothly, focusing on high-quality tactical delivery under direction from senior team members.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years marketing experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a strong willingness to learn HubSpot.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional tone across channels.
• Ability to manage multiple small tasks and prioritise a varied workload to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous approach to data entries, proofreading and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: deliver multi-channel campaigns, content and promotions per brief.
• Project Coordination: manage moving parts of campaigns and events, chase deadlines and approvals.
• Performance Reporting: pull basic channel metrics and interpret results for owners.
• Asset Management: keep campaign docs and collateral organized and up to date.
• Cross-Functional Support: provide general marketing and sales enablement support as needed.
