The Marketing Executive will support business growth by delivering marketing activity against agreed objectives, with potential to develop into a broader leadership position as the business grows. Hybrid working begins after probation; office-based initially.

Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience, ideally as Marketing Executive
• Strong digital marketing tools & campaign delivery
• Experience using HubSpot CRM
• Commercially aware with engagement-focused ideas
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Autonomous, proactive, ownership-driven
• Adaptable in a growing business environment

Responsabilités

• Increase brand awareness across markets and channels
• Drive digital marketing campaigns to improve engagement
• Create and publish content across suitable media platforms
• Work with the commercial team to support growth objectives
• Deliver activity against marketing KPIs and targets
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and identify improvements
• Use CRM and reporting tools to track results
• Identify opportunities to strengthen market presence
