Job summary

Moody’s Banking Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Associate to support content and campaign initiatives targeting senior banking audiences across multiple channels. The role focuses on drafting and editing materials such as white papers, briefs, web copy, emails, and social posts, coordinating multi-channel campaigns, and translating complex financial topics into clear narratives.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, with experience supporting content and campaign initiatives for senior decision-makers.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for senior executives and technical financial services audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex topics, including credit, risk, and compliance, into clear and engaging narratives.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver against deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with senior internal stakeholders across brand, product marketing, corporate communications, and subject matter experts.
  • Experience managing campaign timelines and deliverables, analysing campaign performance data, and using insights to inform content and channel decisions.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

Responsibilities
