21° is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team, supporting digital and offline campaigns to raise awareness of our renewables products and services.

This is a great early career opportunity offering hands-on experience across a diverse mix of channels, events, and exhibits.

You will collaborate with local branches, create content for email and social platforms, and help deliver engaging campaigns that drive local growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, or administrative roles.
• Strong written communication with attention to detail.
• Familiar with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Mailchimp/HubSpot experience is a plus.
• Organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Full UK driving licence may be required for events.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule email marketing campaigns; write copy and segment lists.
• Manage social media accounts: content creation, scheduling, engagement, reporting.
• Plan local events and exhibitions; handle logistics and promo materials.
• Produce printed marketing materials with designers or print suppliers.
• Maintain brand consistency across local marketing activities.
• Track campaign performance and report results.
• Collaborate with local branches to meet marketing needs.
