We are on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join our London team and work closely with our talented Marketing Department.
This role is part of our 2025 Graduate Recruitment Scheme, so is only available for recent Graduates who have completed a university qualification within the last 12-month period. As part of this scheme, all Graduates will be offered a 12-month Fixed-Term contract to work with us.
In this role, you will work directly with our dedicated, in-house Marketing team while also having exposure to our wider design team, which span across Architecture, Urban Design, Interior Design, Graphics, Branding and beyond. Our London team is truly multi-disciplinary, and our range of perspectives and skillsets make us a uniquely resilient studio. As part of Perkins&Will, you will be able to receive support, guidance and mentorship from our team who can help develop you as a marketing professional during your time with us.

As this is a Graduate role, we are only currently open to reviewing applicants who have 0-1 years' experience within the industry.
Overall Responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):
- Contributes to the overall success of the office by adhering to firm and project goals.
- Assists the Marketing Manager/Director and supports the marketing team with marketing activities.
- Assists with the production of marketing materials and literature.
- Coordinates the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
- Provides support for marketing events.
- Assists with the collation of information for promotional literature.
- Uploads marketing material to online libraries, internet groups and social media sites.
- Updates and maintains the marketing department's documentation and databases.
- Assists with events, books venues and orders marketing materials.

Proficiencies:
- Personable, presentable and articulate.
- Sound understanding of marketing principles.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong Administration skills.
Software skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) [Required]
- Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.) [Required]
- Open Asset [Desirable]
- Canva [Desirable]
Education Requirement:
- Degree in a related field [Required]
