Job summary

TotalEnergies Marketing UK Limited in Ferrybridge is seeking a creative marketing assistant to support content creation, digital campaigns, internal communications and events. You will work with Canva and PlayPlay to produce assets, manage social media, and assist with exhibitions and CSR initiatives.

The role offers exposure to multiple marketing disciplines, collaboration with sales and external partners, and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Essential: Interest in marketing, communications, creative content or events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good organisation skills, ability to manage priorities and work collaboratively.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• A positive approach to learning and teamwork.
• Desirable: Relevant degree, qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or related area.
• Experience using Canva, PlayPlay, social media tools or similar platforms (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing assets using Canva, PlayPlay or similar tools in line with TotalEnergies brand guidelines.
• Contribute to email campaigns, presentations, promotional materials and POS assets.
• Support creation and editing of video content for internal and external communications.
• Assist with delivery of B2B and consumer marketing campaigns.
• Create, schedule and publish content across social media channels.
• Monitor engagement and campaign performance; provide updates and reports.
• Support influencer, manufacturer, distributor and partnership marketing activities.
• Help deliver internal communications through Viva Engage and other channels.
• Coordinate internal events and engagement campaigns with colleagues.
• Contribute to CSR, sustainability, innovation, university engagement and wellbeing programmes.
• Build relationships with merchandise, print and suppliers; maintain merchandise webshop.
• Coordinate branded merchandise, print requirements and promotional materials.
• Support budget tracking, order management and supplier follow-up.
• Support manufacturer, distributor and customer marketing activities.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, merchandise and campaigns.
• Contribute to joint marketing initiatives and partnerships.
• Assist with planning and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows and customer events.
• Help organise TotalEnergies Dinner Dance and other internal events.
• Assist with event reporting, feedback and follow-up; work with sales and external partners.
• Provide project coordination and administration support; be a helpful contact for marketing requests.
