Job summary

Porthaven Care Homes in Windsor is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to join our Sales and Marketing team. The role is office-based in Windsor (35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) and involves supporting marketing campaigns, updating website content and coordinating materials for events and home launches.

You will work with the Group Sales and Marketing Manager to maintain a consistent brand voice, deliver campaigns, manage reports and collaborate with external agencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• A good understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Strong creative skills and an eye for design and visual appeal.
• The ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure website content is accurate, engaging and up to date.
• Coordinate production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters and leaflets.
• Support events, marketing meetings and new home launches.
• Work with external agencies to deliver marketing projects.
• Monitor campaign performance and report results.
• Produce accurate management information and reports.
• Coordinate signage and other promotional materials across our homes.
