Job summary

Northern Estate Agencies Group is seeking a Part Time Marketing Executive for our New Homes team at Head Office. You will support marketing for new homes developments, coordinating online and offline campaigns, and events.

Working across New Homes and Marketing, you will create engaging social media content, design printed materials, and liaise with local branches and developers. Hybrid working available; 3 days per week pro rata salary.

Qualifications

• Experience of Adobe Suite including InDesign.
• Experience of creating and scheduling social media content.
• Good communication skills, working with a variety of stakeholders.
• Confident in working independently.
• Experience of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Experience of using an e-marketing platform.

Responsibilities

• Planning and creating plans for marketing support on new homes developments.
• Producing and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Northern Estate Agencies Group as a Part Time Marketing Executive for our New Homes team based at our Head Office.

We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Executive to join our busy Head Office team. Working across both the New Homes and Marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating the marketing for our New Homes department, creating and delivering both online and offline marketing activities, campaigns and events.

This is an exciting opportunity, offering a varied and rewarding standalone workload. Responsibilities include working closely with developments and branches to create engaging and relevant social media content, producing printed marketing materials and coordinating events for launch and marketing of various developments across the network.
