Job summary

Keeler is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant for a 6-month contract, hybrid in Windsor, UK. You will support regional campaigns, coordinate with sales, education and product teams, and help manage digital advertising and content updates.

The role requires at least 2 years in marketing, fluent English, and experience with CMS and analytics. Travel to the Windsor head office is required for several days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, ideally healthcare.
• Proficient in campaign and project management.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, META, LinkedIn).
• Experience with website CMS (WordPress) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Implement roll out plans for projects and campaigns within budget and timeline.
• Track campaigns and add success metrics to KPI trackers.
• Collaborate with sales, education and product management teams on promotions.
• Coordinate external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Support campaigns with digital advertising and website content updates.
