Savvy Media Recruitment is working with a great client who’s looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team.

This is a brilliant entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate who’s keen to get involved in a broad marketing role and learn on the job. You’ll be involved in everything from helping to run campaigns to supporting events and internal communications.

Your responsibilities will include marketing assistance and wider office administration, such as:

• Supporting the advertising and marketing teams with projects, campaigns, and events
• Keeping the office running smoothly – supplies, booking rooms, liaising with building management
• Organising meetings, workshops, and team socials
• Putting together and sending the daily newsletter email
• Acting as the first point of contact for calls and website enquiries
• Managing relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Handling expenses and general admin
