Job Description:

Zest4Talent is recruiting a Digital Marketing Assistant for an expanding marketing department within a growing multisite adventure sports company. The role is based near Salisbury. The position is a 5-day week, primarily Monday to Friday, with some weekend work to capture film for social media (days off in lieu will be provided). Salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000 DOE.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of social media, SEO, content creation and editing, and proficiency in social media management tools. You should be confident, with excellent communication skills, and able to work well within a team. Attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative approach are essential.

Technical skills preferred include:

• Paid media, digital advertising, and performance marketing
• Google Analytics

Responsibilities include:

• Planning digital marketing strategies
• Implementing PPC and paid media campaigns
• Executing social media strategies and contributing creatively
• Creating and editing photo and video content
• Supporting email marketing campaigns, automation, and campaign planning
• Updating blog content on the website
