Qualifications

• Requires a BSc in Life Sciences and CIM or a marketing qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office, Adobe Suite, and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Mast brand to internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and organise attendance at global conferences and exhibitions.
• Develop strategic campaigns to raise awareness and generate leads.
• Create marketing materials including presentations, brochures, digital media and posters.
• Assess campaign performance and analyse data for future use.

We are looking to recruit a highly skilled and conscientious Marketing Assistant to join the team based at our Daresbury site

The job holder will be an integral part of the team, assisting in the development and execution of specific marketing strategies, programs and tactics to drive growth for Mast Group ltd and in line with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate should be willing to take responsibility for 3rd party product portfolio, aligning activity across all Mast Group Ltd subsidiaries.

THE ROLE

• Driving the Mast brand both internally and externally to varying stakeholders.
• Attendance at global conferences, planning and organising exhibition stands, artwork etc.
• Development of strategic campaigns to raise awareness and generate leads.
• Development of marketing material including presentations, training materials, brochures digital media, posters etc.
• Assess marketing campaign performance and analyse the data for future use.
• Support product launches by working with relevant departments
• Assist in the alignment of international marketing plans.
• Ensure all literature meets the corporate branding guidelines.
• Support the development of internal communications such as newsletter and intranet updates.
• Assist in the development of a monthly marketing dashboard for presentation to senior leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all activities alongside adherence to quality objectives of the business
• Liaise with third party graphic design partners to deliver timely, effective and impactful briefs.
• Assist with the CRM update and ensure detail is accurate within it.

In addition to the specified duties the Marketing Assistant is expected to perform additional tasks that the company may require.

THE PERSON

• BSC in life sciences along with CIM or another Marketing qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a previous marketing role.
• Excellent IT skills including MS office, adobe suit, design programs and other software.
• Experience of Global marketing and regional differences.
• Experience of digital marketing (website, social media, campaigns).
• Experience working with a broad market portfolio and market segments.
• Proven experience of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with attention to detail.
• Experience of building strong relationship across other departments.
• Willingness to travel to Mast Group Ltd global sites as well as conferences and exhibitions.
• In addition to the specified duties the employee is expected to perform additional tasks when reasonably called upon to do so.
