Job Location: Poole, Dorset (near Fleetsbridge)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday 8am - 4pm

We have a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years of marketing experience, focusing on digital, website, and e-commerce.

Working with an established home decorative company that operates an e-commerce website and trade counters across the UK, you will support overall marketing efforts.

Reporting to the Marketing Executive, as a Marketing Assistant, you will develop your skills and undertake responsibilities such as:

1. Managing digital campaigns from briefing to approval
2. Managing website assets, including homepage banners and product uploads
3. Contributing ideas and copy for customer communications and promotional materials
4. Executing digital campaigns, including weekly email newsletters and sales offers
5. Managing organic social media, creating engaging content, and responding to messages in an appropriate tone
6. Supporting the creation of printed collateral for branches, including posters, banners, and signage, working with suppliers

The Successful Applicant Will Possess

• 1-2 years of marketing experience
• A relevant marketing qualification
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Work hours: 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday & 8am - 4pm on Friday, with free parking.
