Purpose of the job:

1. To help deliver the business’s marketing objectives by providing high-quality administrative and marketing support across all brands and departments.
2. This role exists to assist the marketing team and wider business in executing marketing plans, supporting lead generation, communications, events, and CRM management.
3. The role holder will be responsible for producing marketing materials, maintaining CRM systems, coordinating communications, organising events, and providing general support across teams.
4. To achieve effective delivery of marketing initiatives, accurate data management, strong internal and external communications, and operational support, while meeting regulatory standards.

Job summary:

As a member of our busy marketing team, you will play an integral part in supporting our various departments to deliver the objectives of our business.

This varied role involves providing a high level of marketing administrative support, helping to drive forward our marketing plans across all brands within our business.

You will support the development of marketing materials such as brochures and information literature, assist with internal and external newsletter creation and distribution, support the Business Development Lead with lead generation administration, including updating our CRM system Hubspot, support website updates, and general lead generation activities. You will also assist in managing the marketing functions of iO, maintaining our CRM system, and supporting event planning.

The role may also require providing general support for ad-hoc requests to the Head of Marketing, EB Operations, Sales Support Manager, and the Head of Partnership Support.

You will also support employee benefits and marketing teams on other opportunities and tasks as they arise.

Key skills and personal attributes:

• Assist with digital marketing activities, including posting blogs, updating websites, and creating videos and animations.
• Administer our CRM database for lead generation across our employee benefits brand.
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development Lead.
• Manage the delivery of client-facing materials in line with partner requests via our internal database.
• Support the development and design of literature and brochureware.
• Assist with internal communications content, including researching and collating news for the monthly newsletter.
• Administer and update our intranet.
• Organise events.
• Build relationships and liaise with third parties for printing, venues, design work, etc.
• Provide general marketing assistance and ad-hoc support as required.
