About Qair

Qair Renewables UK is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Liverpool office. The role involves supporting the Marketing & Acquisitions department in implementing marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, and print.

Qair is a rapidly expanding renewable energy developer specializing in solar, wind, and battery storage, with a growing presence in the UK and Europe. We are looking for a creative and proactive individual to join our dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career marketer to gain practical experience and contribute to our brand’s digital and public engagement. You will support the Marketing Executive and gain exposure to real-world marketing and communications strategies in a purpose-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create images and graphics for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and internal materials.
  2. Assist in producing high-quality written content for social media and websites.
  3. Prepare communication materials for landowner outreach and public consultation events related to renewable energy projects.
  4. Support lead generation through online sources and social media advertising (training provided).
  5. Record and analyze marketing campaign results and data.
  6. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, and contribute new ideas.
  7. Educate others on the benefits of large-scale utility renewable energy projects through marketing and communication efforts (training provided).
  8. Provide marketing support across all company divisions.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers as needed.
Key Skills & Knowledge
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging copy.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing, especially Meta Ads Manager.
  • Interest in learning about the renewable energy sector, particularly large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Friendly demeanor, capable of working independently and in a team, contributing to a positive office culture.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (including internships or placements).
  • Desirable: Adobe Creative Suite or Canva skills.
  • Desirable: Interest or experience in renewable energy, sustainability, or public engagement.
