Job summary

Lincoln Minster School is looking for an engaging and motivated Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team. The role is part-time, 28 hours per week and term-time only, supporting marketing across Preschool through to Sixth Form.

You will get out and about across the School to capture photographs and videos of lessons, performances, sport, events and everyday school life, turning moments into engaging content for social media, the website and marketing materials.

Lincoln Minster School is looking for an engaging and motivated Marketing Assistant to join the Marketing team to bring school life to the forefront through engaging photography, video, design, and content. This role is part-time, 28 hours per week and term-time only.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day marketing of the School, from Preschool through to Sixth Form. You will play an important part in showcasing everything that makes our School special, celebrating pupil achievements and experiences, and supporting pupil recruitment and admissions activity.

A key part of the role will be getting out and about across the School, capturing photographs and videos of lessons, performances, sport, events, co-curricular activities and everyday school life. You will turn these moments into engaging content for our social media channels, website and wider marketing materials.

You will also help create eye-catching digital and print materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, write and proofread content, update website pages, schedule social media posts and support marketing campaigns, admissions events and other School activities.

We are looking for someone with a creative eye and an interest in visual storytelling, who can spot the moments and stories that will resonate with current and prospective families. You will be organised, enthusiastic, and have excellent attention to detail, alongside a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
