Job summary

Clearline Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Marketing Assistant for a client in Horsham, West Sussex. The role involves supporting planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns, and creating content across digital channels.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing on social media, email campaigns, events and broader brand communications, gaining exposure across photography, videography and content creation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Confidence using social media and digital platforms.
• Interest in content creation, photography, videography and storytelling.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar design and editing software would be advantageous.
• Understanding of SEO and website content management would be beneficial.
• Experience with email marketing or CRM/database systems would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns.

• Create written, photographic and video content for digital channels.
• Support the management and updating of website content.
• Apply SEO best practices to online content.
• Create and coordinate digital and printed marketing materials.

• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM information.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify new content and marketing opportunities.
• Assist with the planning and delivery of events, promotions and community initiatives.
• Produce marketing materials and assets to support events and campaigns.
• Support wider brand and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor marketing activity and analyse campaign performance.
• Produce reports on key marketing metrics and trends.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based

Pay: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum
