Job summary

Confidential in Harrogate is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide hands‑on support across digital marketing, graphic design and artwork coordination, website CMS updates, email marketing, social media, events and reporting.

You will work closely with the Graphic Designer, manage artwork tasks, assist on product launches and maintain digital outputs. The role is full‑time, site‑based in Harrogate with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong Adobe InDesign skills.
• Graphic design experience is essential.
• Knowledge, experience or genuine interest in digital marketing would be advantageous.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards learning and developing new skills.
• Be team oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Graphic Designer to support artwork requests, design amendments and the coordination of marketing materials.
• Provide graphic design and artwork support, helping manage and complete artwork requests and amendments. Complete artwork tasks such as flyers, business cards, certificates, CPD materials, minor product collateral amends, sales support documents and sector‑specific templates. Assisting the Graphic Designer Lead on larger creative projects, such as product launches, packaging and new marketing materials.
• Support the digital marketing team to maintain creative and digital outputs, supporting social media content creation, scheduling, monitoring, reporting and recommendations for improved content performance.
• Support product launches and go‑to‑market activity, including digital marketing, sales team communications, lead generation, print, press, awareness activity and third‑party supplier coordination.
• Take ownership of marketing actions for new starters and leavers within sales teams, including business cards, promotional items, photography, website updates, territory artwork, CRM and website lead allocation, communications groups and social media welcome content.
• Support PPC and paid digital activity by working with external suppliers and preparing campaign assets for awareness, performance and PMax activity.
• Manage the marketing inbox daily, responding to queries, completing actions, escalating where required and tracking next steps.
• Collate marketing performance data for the department, including website, social media, email and YouTube reporting.

Our client is an established manufacturing business based in Harrogate. Now recruiting a Marketing Assistant to join their friendly and established marketing team. The successful candidate will provide hands‑on support across digital marketing, graphic design and artwork coordination, website and CMS updates, email marketing, social media, events, webinars, product launches, reporting and marketing administration.
