Your Mission:

We're seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Events Manager to be the driving force behind our content strategy and engaging in-person events. This isn't just about ticking boxes; it's about crafting the stories that resonate with our target audience and curating experiences that bring future clients closer to ClearSky Logic. You'll be instrumental in boosting our brand presence, generating quality leads, and ultimately helping us find the next UK unicorns.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Content King/Queen: Take a leading role in creating compelling marketing content, from insightful thought leadership pieces to engaging video podcast episodes. You'll ensure our story is told powerfully across various platforms.
• Social Media Maestro: Drive our social media strategy and presence, ensuring ClearSky Logic's voice is heard and our brand engagement grows across key channels.
• Event Architect: Collaborate closely with our Commercial team to plan and coordinate exclusive in-person events, such as round table dinners, designed to warm up prospects and generate new business opportunities.
• Brand Champion: Ensure all marketing materials and events consistently reflect ClearSky Logic's brand identity and values: Simplicity, Initiative, Support, and Focus.
• Digital Toolkit Wielder: Utilise tools like Canva/Photoshop for creative assets, HubSpot for CRM, and leverage video capture and editing skills to bring our content to life.
• Performance Driver: Monitor and analyse marketing and event performance, focusing on key metrics like lead generation and social media growth, to continuously refine our approach.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in content marketing and content generation, with a portfolio to demonstrate your skills.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for business growth.
• Experience in planning and coordinating events, ideally in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) and an understanding of video editing principles.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, for tracking marketing efforts.
• An initiative-driven and proactive approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with our Commercial team and external suppliers.
