Luxury Jewellery company is seeking a French-speaking Events/Marketing Coordinator based from their flagship store in Mayfair. Paying circa £30-35k.

Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with our Press agency for all press-related requests and photoshoots.
- Help arrange press events in the office.
- Create in-house magazine advertisements.
- Liaise for product photoshoots for new items.
- Create bespoke boxes and pouches for all newly produced jewels.
- Ad hoc creation of new merchandising.
- Design new showcases and trays.
- Implement new sales elements.
- Arrange and keep track of all jewellery certificates.
- Manage client mailing lists per country and send-outs.
- Lead events projects such as PAD London and other jewellery shows.
- Organise pop-up events in London, Istanbul, New York, Palm Beach, etc.
- Keep track of items in storage.
- Provide daily support to the Founder and back office.

- Excellent skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French.
