Role Overview:

As Regional Marketing & Content Executive, you will be the creative force behind Chotto Matte’s brand communications. You’ll develop and execute a content strategy that amplifies our brand voice, engages audiences, and drives customer loyalty. From social media campaigns to email newsletters and content scripts, you’ll ensure Chotto Matte remains a leader in the world of Nikkei dining, with a key focus on overseeing the Chotto Matte Manchester accounts.

Experience supporting new restaurant openings is essential, as this role will play an integral part in launching and activating Chotto Matte Manchester with tailored marketing strategies and creative content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals.
  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for digital and offline platforms, including social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn), websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
  • Craft compelling narratives that showcase Nikkei cuisine, our dining experience, events & activations, and the Chotto Matte ‘lifestyle’.

On-Site Content Capture & Social Media Management:

  • Utilise an iPhone to capture high-quality, real-time content, including trending videos, food & beverage imagery, and the vibrant atmosphere of our restaurants and events.
  • Oversee social media channels, ensuring a consistent tone of voice, regular posting, and active community engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase social media following, engagement, and reach across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Community Engagement & Brand Storytelling:

  • Engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build authentic relationships.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and proactively address customer inquiries to enhance the guest experience.

Paid Social Marketing:

  • Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Continuously optimise ad performance, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives. Monitor ad performance analytics, adjust targeting, and refine messaging for continuous improvement.
  • Track and analyse content performance across all platforms, identifying trends and insights to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise content strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing KPIs.
  • Generate monthly performance reports to measure success and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Creative Collaboration & Brand Consistency:

  • Work closely with in-house designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Chotto Matte’s visual identity, tone of voice, and brand positioning.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience working on marketing and content for new restaurant openings.
  • Proven track record of driving social media growth and increasing follower engagement. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Ability to capture and edit high-quality iPhone content, including photos and videos, with a strong eye for detail and creativity.
  • Experience managing online communities and building customer engagement strategies. Familiarity with CMS and email marketing platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for food, culture, and luxury hospitality is a plus.
