We’re looking for someone to convert interest into action by engaging leads, managing communications, and maintaining our brand visibility without relying on traditional pink branding.

The role

You will work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into active customers and ensure our marketing efforts are proactive.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads to ensure no opportunities are missed
• Create feedback loops for product and service improvements
• Maintain a tidy and active CRM
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Manage social media posts, especially on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages occasionally
• Convert founder talks or case studies into shareable content
• Improve organization and processes

Ideal candidate

• Independent thinker, comfortable making educated guesses
• Clear, human tone in writing
• Organized with good follow-up skills
• Experience with tools like Google Drive, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Suite
• Curious and proactive in asking questions and completing tasks
