We seek a proactive individual to convert interest into action by following up leads, managing content, and maintaining brand visibility without relying on stereotypical pink branding.

The role

You will work directly with our founder to turn warm conversations into customers, support marketing efforts, and ensure opportunities are not missed.

What you’ll do

• Follow up with leads and ensure no opportunities are missed
• Create feedback loops for product and service improvements
• Maintain our CRM
• Assist with marketing emails via Klaviyo or Shopify
• Manage social media posts, especially on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram
• Write blogs or update web pages
• Create short, shareable content from talks or case studies
• Improve organization and processes

You’re probably good at

• Working independently and making informed guesses
• Writing in a human, clear tone
• Getting organized and following up
• Using tools like Google Drive, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Suite
• Asking questions and completing tasks efficiently
