The role of a Marketing and Business Development Assistant involves planning and managing events such as conferences, webinars, and seminars; assisting with PR and social media efforts; handling marketing administration; supporting marketing communications and campaigns; understanding client and market needs for business development; attending networking events; and coordinating submissions for legal directories.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, experience in networking and stakeholder liaison, a desire to learn, teamwork skills, flexibility, IT proficiency, and ideally 12-18 months of marketing experience in a professional services or B2B environment. CIM qualifications or a willingness to study are preferred.
