Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Marketing and Brand Strategy Manager to lead the BRCGS marketing team and elevate our brand.

Responsibilities include designing impactful marketing strategies, leading brand storytelling, developing integrated marketing plans, owning go-to-market strategies, championing content and thought leadership, driving digital demand generation, enhancing customer engagement, managing insights, monitoring budgets, and leading a diverse team.

Qualifications include a degree-level qualification (CIM Postgraduate Diploma or equivalent preferred), at least 5 years’ experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on global or regional strategy, proven experience in a TIC organization within food safety, strong digital marketing background, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have skills include launching brands into new markets, understanding of buyer journeys in regulated industries, cross-cultural experience, and familiarity with marketing automation tools.

Ideal candidates are confident communicators, empathetic leaders, curious, commercially minded, creative, and results-driven.
