Job summary

Anthem Consulting Ltd is partnering with a growing boutique law firm in London to recruit a Marketing & Business Development Executive. The role offers a hybrid setup with two days in the office and close collaboration with partners and the marketing team.

The successful candidate will lead client development, manage cross-selling initiatives and own pitches, while delivering regular reporting on activity and pipeline outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, ideally from a professional services environment.

The firm is on an upward trajectory, having recently welcomed seven new Partners and invested further in its marketing and communications function, including the appointment of a new Head of Marketing & BD. There is strong appetite across the partnership for business development support. This is a broad and hands-on role, ideal for someone looking to develop within a supportive and ambitious environment.
