Job summary

HireHi is seeking a Marketing Analytics professional to join our London team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will analyse commercial and marketing performance across European markets, delivering end-to-end insights to support business decisions.

You will use SQL and Power BI to extract data, build dashboards, and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on improving campaigns and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial performance analysis.
• Stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Nice to have: experience in online gambling, gaming, or other digital consumer businesses, exposure to AI productivity and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse commercial and marketing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Deliver end-to-end analysis of marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and business performance across European markets.
• Use SQL and Power BI to extract, analyse, and visualise data from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present findings to analytical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support commercial and financial forecasting activities as required.
• Use AI tools and modern analytics platforms to improve efficiency and output quality.
