IFIS Publishing is seeking a Marketing Administrator to join a small, friendly not-for-profit team. The role combines marketing administration, CRM and data management, customer support, research, website administration, and support for campaigns and events.

You don't need a traditional marketing background. Experience gained in administration, customer support, operations or another support role could be equally relevant, and we'll provide training on our specific systems, including HubSpot and Canva.
This role could be a great fit if you enjoy bringing structure to information and processes, producing accurate work, working with systems and data, researching and solving problems, and having plenty of variety in your working week.
Please note: this isn't a creative marketing role. While you'll support a range of marketing activities, the core of the role is administration, coordination, systems, research, data and customer support.
