Job summary

Morrisons in Beverley is seeking an enthusiastic Florist to design and craft high-quality floral arrangements and maintain vibrant displays in-store.

You will deliver friendly, expert service, share floristry skills with colleagues, and ensure stock is well-managed and displays remain appealing throughout trading hours.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent floristry experience.
• Strong commitment to quality standards and great service.
• Willing to travel to nearby stores across the region.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first: Deliver friendly, expert service, taking orders with confidence and providing specialist advice on flower care and arrangement styles.
• Craft quality products: Use your creative floristry skills to prepare hand ties and value-added floral arrangements to company standards.
• Maintain vibrant department standards: Keep flower displays fresh, attractive, and well-stocked throughout the trading day, monitoring stock rotation to minimise waste.
• Coach colleagues and drive performance: Share your floristry techniques to develop skills within the store team, while maintaining health, safety, and due diligence standards.

Our flower displays are a vibrant part of what makes Market Street special. From hand-tied bouquets to custom arrangements, our Florists use expert knowledge and creative skill to craft high-quality products that help our local shoppers celebrate life's moments.

You’ll design beautiful arrangements, keep displays fully stocked, and share your passion for floristry with customers and colleagues alike.

In this role, you’ll be on hand to:
