Join Our Team as a Market Street Baker

Are you passionate about baking, whether as a trained baker or in a bakery or professional kitchen? If so, this is an opportunity you Doughnut want to miss!

We’re looking for someone with a friendly, helpful style who enjoys meeting new people and going above and beyond for customers. As a Market Street Baker, you will be the face of our fresh bakery in store. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring customer confidence in the availability of fresh bakery products
2. Maintaining quality, fresh, and attractive displays of food throughout the trading day to promote sales
3. Preparing bakery products for sale according to company specifications, using appropriate equipment (e.g., prover, oven, mixer) and bakery skills, including bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products
4. Delivering outstanding, friendly, and helpful service, creating memorable moments for our customers by highlighting traditional skills and fresh products
