Job summary

At Lloyds Banking Group, an experienced Application Developer is sought to join the Traded Risk Rapid Application Development team in London. You will design, deliver and support internally developed applications and robust technical solutions in collaboration with technical and business users, recommending options where appropriate.

With 5+ years of developer experience and strong skills in C#, Python and SQL Server, you’ll drive prototype work, support change delivery and mentor colleagues

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developer experience.
• 3+ years with C#, 2+ years with SQL Server, 3+ years with Python.
• 1+ year with AI application development & deployment.
• Experience with DevOps and agile delivery methods.
• Risk knowledge, with experience in market and/or counterparty risk.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and support internally developed and connected applications and robust technical solutions in collaboration with technical and business users, recommending options where appropriate.
• Conduct research into new solutions and prototype new ideas.
• Analyse problems, provide expert diagnosis, maximise your individual skills and collaboration.
• Develop product specifications and accompanying testing.
• Support change planning with project colleagues and ensure controlled change delivery.
• Develop capabilities of the team, providing specialised training in your area of expertise.
