5+ years developer experience 3+ years with c#, 2+ years with sql server, 3+ years with Python and 1+ year with AI application development & deployment, plus a broader developer experience across a range of technologies (e.g. SQL Server, Cube) Working experience with DevOps and change tools accompanied by experience with software development lifecycle and agile delivery methods Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset, able to demonstrate effectiveness in learning and applying new skills, and application of AI to solution development Risk knowledge, with experience in market and / or counterparty risk
Delivering complex information simply and concisely, such as to a non-technical audience AI assisted development (e.g. vibe coding) to build applications via AI using natural language
