Base pay range

Description of duties:

1. Contact customers of our client by phone to obtain their feedback regarding the level of service they received.
2. Record the collected data onto an online system.
3. Translate the feedback into English where applicable.
4. Report to the Project Manager on the progress of your calls to ensure work is completed correctly and within deadlines.

Full training will be provided related to the work required.

Work Pattern:

This is a part-time position with 15-20 hours of work per week. Working times are flexible, ranging from Monday to Friday, during business hours in the country you are calling to (US), starting from 2 pm onwards in the UK. Working from home is essential.
