About the Business Division:

This role is part of QQFS, a Gothenburg-based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc. QQFS specializes in data collection for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, conducting qualitative and quantitative market research in the Nordics, Benelux, Austria, and Switzerland.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to:

Project Recruitment

  • Ensure full execution of recruitment tasks for projects in Scandinavia and other QQFS markets.
  • Contact M3 Global Research panelists via phone to recruit respondents for projects.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Plan, organize, and implement panel recruitment solutions to maximize resources, reduce costs, and ensure project success.
  • Provide updates to the project management team on work progress, results, and action plans to meet timelines and specifications.
  • Alert senior management to projects at risk of delay or issues requiring additional support.
  • Achieve outsource targets for assigned markets.

Panel Building and Engagement

  • Meet monthly registration targets for Scandinavia and other markets.
  • Execute panel building initiatives in these regions.
  • Confirm and update email addresses for new registrants.
  • Re-engage existing users to reactivate their accounts.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints across multiple systems, providing solutions and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to resolve respondent-specific issues.
  • Handle respondent inquiries per company policy regarding outcomes and resolution times.
  • Assist in updating communication procedures and support ticket system enhancements.
  • Build strong relationships with panel members through professional communication.
  • Provide support to M3 Global Research members via phone and email/support tickets.
  • Coordinate with the global Panel team to resolve system and process issues.
  • Investigate and act on potential respondent frauds following data quality procedures.
  • Complete verification for new members and conduct link testing for online projects.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  1. Fluency in Danish and preferably other QQFS languages (French, German, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch).
  2. Effective verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet, social media, and relevant tools.
  4. Attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills.
  5. Ability to ask probing questions, respond accurately, and support respondents effectively.
