Purpose of the role:
As our Market Insights Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping ii’s strategy by turning market information and data into actionable insights. Your work will help guide business decisions and strengthen our competitive positioning and offering.

• Proficiency in analysing both qualitative and quantitative data, including statistical analysis and data visualisation.
• Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Experience in customer research and insight.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to a senior level.
• Proactive and self-driven networker with ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Able to present well to all levels of an organisation.
