Purpose of the role:
As our Market Insights Lead, you'll shape ii's strategy by transforming market data into actionable insights, guiding business decisions and strengthening our competitive edge.

What you'll do:

  • Gather and consolidate data from various sources, creating a central knowledge hub.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
  • Review and summarise industry reports, making insights clear and shareable.
  • Build relationships across teams to enhance collaboration and insights.
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc insight reports tailored to audiences.
  • Commission primary market research to understand key trends.
  • Manage relationships with external research agencies for seamless intelligence integration.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, including pricing, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry conversations and trends globally, bringing fresh ideas.
  • Advocate for insight-driven decision-making within the business.
  • Collaborate on post-campaign analyses to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Skills and experience required:

  • Proficiency in analysing qualitative and quantitative data, including statistical analysis and visualisation.
  • Ability to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
  • Experience in customer research and insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including at senior levels.
