Role Summary

The Market Engagement Executive at H&S EMEA is a pivotal role in theVersuniglobal team supporting the Market Engagement team in driving operational best practices within our team and across all local markets in our remit.

You will be joining our team during an exciting time as the client is currently embarking on an internal reset which will evolve how we operate with them globally.

We currently look after 50 local markets with 10 of them as key growth drivers forVersuni.

The role will support the Market Engagement Team in ensuring best-in-class process/work delivery across all markets this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with high attention to detail and coordination skills to work with a brilliant global team.

The role will entail building market intelligence & relationships via attending regular local market calls.

You will get to support & sense check market work to ensure high data compliance entries into our Global tools summarise key market intelligence weekly for Global clients opportunity to participate in monthly Community Calls contribute to our quarterly Newsletter.

Key responsibilities:

  • Keep ourSharePoint sitesorganised and up to date
  • Update and maintain ourcontact listsfor local markets
  • Help organiseregular market calls send invites share agendas and take notes
  • Trackactions and follow-upsafter each meeting
  • Save key documents (like strategies and reports) to the right folders
  • Support withweekly team updatesand make sure information is current
  • Keep ourtrackers and status sheetsup to date
  • Stay on top ofindustry newsand share useful insights with the team
  • Help collect and updatecase studiesshowcasing great work
  • Support withcommunity calls and newsletters helping gather content and share updates
  • Assist withad hoc reports or requestsfrom the team
  • Be a go-to support forlocal market queries

Skills and experience:

  • Strongpeople skills enjoy collaborating with colleagues across different markets seniority levels and areas of expertise fostering a positive and team-focused environment
  • Business-level English fluent in written and spoken communication; additional languages are a bonus
  • Highlyorganised and detail-oriented ensuring work is accurate and delivered to a high standard
  • Comfortablejuggling multiple tasksand sources of information prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
  • Problem solver enjoys finding creative ways to improve processes and make work more efficient
  • Good understanding ofmedia fundamentals strategy digital and buying
  • Strongnumeracy and analytical skills confident working with data
  • Confident usingMicrosoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience withproject management tools(e.g. Hive) is advantageous but not essential
