Job Description:

As a Market Development Representative (MDR) at FloQast, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. Sitting in the sales team, you will be responsible for inbound lead qualification, nurturing, and lead reactivation, utilizing an omnichannel approach including emails, social outreach, phone calls, etc. Your primary objective will be to identify and engage with prospects who have expressed pain points that FloQast solutions can address. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a results-driven mindset.

This role is hybrid, requiring work in the London, UK office 3 times per week.

What You'll Do:
  • Qualify inbound leads generated through marketing channels such as website inquiries, content downloads, and event registrations.
  • Complete projects for Business Development, Revenue Operations, and Marketing by updating and fixing Salesforce, Outreach, and other systems to help generate revenue.
  • Conduct qualification through emails, calls, etc., to engage leads, understand their needs, and assess fit for FloQast's solutions, delivering intro-call-ready leads.
  • Warm up leads by providing relevant information, addressing inquiries, and establishing rapport to build trust.
  • Educate prospects on the value and benefits of FloQast's products, highlighting features and use cases.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand prospects' pain points, challenges, and goals, aligning them with FloQast's offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and prospect data in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified leads and pipeline generation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position FloQast effectively.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned to meet company goals.
What You'll Bring:
  • At least 1 year of audit, accounting, or consulting experience.
  • Degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to quickly learn and convey software product value.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), marketing tools (HubSpot, Qualified/Drift), and sales engagement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
