Job summary

Marex Group plc in London is seeking a Market Data and IT Administrator to join the Supplier Contracts Team. You will manage Calero-based inventory records, reconcile invoices and support cost allocations.

You will prepare monthly reports, assist with accruals and prepayments, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve exceptions while maintaining accuracy and compliance. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in regulated settings,

Qualifications

• Demonstrable market data experience with strong inventory handling in Calero or similar.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data analysis; proactive problem solver.
• Excellent organisation and time management; manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience in regulated environment and regulatory risk/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Calero’s MDM and TEM modules with accurate contract and service records.
• Reconcile invoices and validate cost allocations within Calero.
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc business reporting for stakeholders.
• Support accruals, prepayments, and vendor file uploads.
